Time Stands Still at the AACT Festival Update!  The Cast and Crew had an outstanding experience overall. The crew of Jack Martin, David Fisher, Alissa Palange, Margaret McCarty, Alexandra Baumhardt, and Michael Barbo – led by John Murtagh – were called out by the adjudicators.  “Outstanding crew under pressure …” The cast of Sara Jones, Casey Preston, Jim Barton, and Ashley Risteen had a great time as one of the four finalists of the festival too!
 
Ruth won best set design. Jim Barton won best supporting actor. In addition to driving set out to Des Moines, his outstanding lighting design, sound execution, and projection work, Mike McTeague won an award  the group load-out – in a driving rain storm. He received the “Diamond Umbrella” award!

And needless to say director Mark Baumhardt  ” couldn’t have asked for a better group of humans to join me on this journey!’
